This is handcrafted in solid New Zealand wood. Like all woods, black walnut may vary in color from a rich brown to purple-black. Each Classic machine is treated with three coats of danish oil providing an exceptionally deep luster and brilliant finish.

All of our wooden rowing machines are hand treated with danish oil and urethane to ensure a deep and lasting finish. Wood is an excellent material for this application due to its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the smooth, quiet operation.
