We will offer you a replacement product if the item has been delivered damaged and/or it is not working as expected.
All our customers are free to return their items for up to 30 days from the day they received the order.
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and if everything is in order you'll receive an email with notification that the refund has been processed for you.
Please note that for change of mind or remorse returns, we will not be able to refund postage costs.
